Can't link my steam account to EA

Yesterday i bought FC 25 on Steam platform, cause i played the 10-hour trial on xbox gamepass. When i start the game and try to link my ea account, it notices me that my EA account it's linked already to another steam account. i fixed it, it isn't linked anymore, but i can't use my actual steam account, it keeps showing that has another account already linked when there is not, and idk how to contact with ea to solve this problem
