The in-game menu is no longer appearing [Fixed]

I’m sorry, I am Japanese and not very good at English. However, I have no other place to turn, so I’m posting here.
After the most recent update on FC25, the in-game menu is no longer appearing, and I am unable to do anything.
If anyone has experienced the same issue or knows of a solution, please let me know

  • Thank you. I deleted the settings from the settings folder, and after restarting, the game was able to launch. Thank you again.

    Hey @lisaimai0825 It appears that your profile has become corrupted. To resolve this issue, you may need to delete your existing profile when launching the game and create a new one.

  • By the way, I am unable to perform any actions in the game, including deleting my profile.

    Of course! Which platform are you playing on—PC or console? When you launch the game, do you see the profile selection screen? Is it the one with "Personal Settings 1" by default?
