Can't login to Web Companion App

Hi, 

So I am really baffled, I am unable to login to the FC25 Companion App on either my phone or PC. I have changed the password three times and reset both devices thinking it was just a normal error but I am still unable to login? I use the correct details and I just get the constant loading animation, no actual error messages when logging in or anything. 

It is so confusing so any help would be appreciated.
