**UPDATE**
This FC imported the controller settings from the last FC, so I created a new custom settings, restarted the computer and now its working as intended.
no, in the controller settings, choose for example the alternate, that change the buttons as you wish, then save it as a new Custom.
ill check to see if it works for me as well

Deleted all existing profiles, created new ones and still not working.
L3 and R3 don't work. Can't move keeper, can't player lock, can't stop referee advantage, etc.

I was referring to the control profile, btw. Deleted custom A, B, etc, created new ones and the issue still persists.
