Cant move goalkeeper and celebrate with r3 instead

**UPDATE**
This FC imported the controller settings from the last FC, so I created a new custom settings, restarted the computer and now its working as intended.

Deleted all existing profiles, created new ones and still not working.
L3 and R3 don't work. Can't move keeper, can't player lock, can't stop referee advantage, etc.

its not in the saved profiles, in the controller settings, choose for example the alternate, that change the buttons as you wish, then save it as a new Custom.
