CANT PLAY ONLINE. High CPU usage across all EA games apparently?

Im so tired of being ignored by staff on here. your company is a joke, and a big part of that is you guys ignore people with genuine gamebreaking issues.  Im so sorry my problems arent Ultimate Team...
