I'm assuming you mean my processor Intel Core i5-4690K is below minimum? Would that cause these issues I am having, not graphics card or monitor?
By the way, my board has socket LGA 1150.
Does that mean the only possible new CPU that I can buy that meets minimum requirements is Intel Core i7-4790 ?? Or does anyone also know anything else?
Both the i5 and your GPU is barely minimum requirement.
Minimum requirements are not designed for smooth gameplay - they are tests that ensure you can launch and "play" the game but does not mean it'll be a good experience.
20GB of RAM is also odd.
I would either suggest buying a PS5 or if you wish to stick to PC, look to get a new system. Your system is at least 10 generations old now. This game is very demanding. Despite having a high end system, I still set everything to low otherwise, it's rubbish and laggy.
