can't skip replay

I always skip replays in season matches, and sometimes my opponent does too. I figure if you want to watch the replay of a goal, watch it at the end of the match. There's been a few matches where the replay of my opponents goal won't skip, then when I score a goal thinking "Ok so since we had to sit through your replay, you can watch mine", I don't skip the replay and my opponent manages to skip my replay. I'm a PC player and this always happens when I play against console players. I saw this bug came when Fc23, and now it's fc25 and still no fix for this bug.
