Cant start a live chat

Everytime I try to start a live chat if ends up redirecting me back to the EA home page I’ve tried different browsers clearing my cache and using a VPN but nothing works , my EA account was wrongly b...

    Just found a solution I had to create a new account and use a vpn on American serves and it worked

Having the same issue too. Wanted to express rewards not given, but the chat section just refuses to upload to start discussions
