Can't start the game because of ancient log-in popup

Whenever I launch the game via EA App it shows me a pop up asking me to sign in to confirm. In that popup there's also a redirect to Origin which doesn't even exist anymore

Hey @Vasamard Pelase, try to reinstall the EA app and add it to the exceptions list to your antivirus and firewall programs. 

If possible, please use the default installation path.

    it worked until yesterday, I made no changes
