I'm experiencing the same issue in my manager career mode. This wasn't happening until yesterday, and I can't understand why it's happening now. I bought the game through Steam, verified the game files, uninstalled and reinstalled EA Anti-Cheat, deleted and reloaded the in-game squads, but nothing has worked.
