Carrer Mode Crashing

One of my career mode is crashing at the menu day progression. This happens with just one of my saves. Anyone know how can i fix this save? Because the game mode appears to be normal. Bit this save ...

Please use the main thread going forward as I will be locking this one to enhance communication and avoid duplicates.

Additionally, try deleting the squad files and redownloading the squad update to see if it resolves the issue.
