CE-108255-1 When opening Pro Clubs

Every time I open clubs I now encounter this code and my game closes. Someone has started a 'glitch' club it seems, that's causing people to be locked out of loading up to leave the club and the little boy refuses to release anybody from the club, which has over 40 people that cannot now play.

There any solution to this?
