Issue with Disconnections in Division Rivals – Unfair Losses PSN : mehdialaoui98

Dear EA Support,

I am experiencing a major issue in EA FC 25 that is affecting my Division Rivals progress. I am currently in Division 3, close to promotion to Division 2. However, in my last three matches, the game crashed and forced me out of FC 25. When I restarted the game, each match was counted as a loss, even though I never quit – I was actively playing and aiming for promotion.

This issue is extremely frustrating as I was fully committed to reaching Division 2. I would appreciate your help in resolving this problem and, if possible, correcting the unfair losses.
