Cheating after losing

Can someone explain how people are able to kick you and themselves out after the match is over and they take away a win away from you and you also lose?

This has happened at least 5 times in the past 3 days and it's ridiculous. You take time to play this game only to have someone take a win from you and add a loss is extremely unacceptable and should not be allowed. Shame on EA for allowing such a method. It's BS. It kicks you out of UT altogether... 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
