I'm having this exact issue! Created my sons EA child account for his PC games. He has FC25 on Nintendo Switch and it has asked me to sign in with EA....only gives me the option to log in with my email and my account not his user name!? I've searched everywhere for a way to contact EA and so far come up with this forum...which has been here for 10 months and they haven't answered...
