Clubs - Game Stuck on Loading Screen Post-Match

EA: Descripted
Platform: PC

Issue: After a game of clubs you have to reset the game each time as the screen goes blank and the green triangle just keeps loading infinitely.

Only happens in main proclubs not rush although if you invite someone to rush you cant re invite them after they leave you need to reset again.
