Clubs - Game Stuck on Loading Screen Post-Match

After every pro clubs game I play with friends it doesn't let me rejoin the lobby and the only way to fix this is by restarting my game (playing on PC). Even after 2 months there seems to be no fix and its becoming a joke. When are you going to fix your game??
