Clubs freezing after match

Since buying the game on release there has been an issue where you have to reset the entire game after every game of clubs as it doesn't let you go into next match, i get stuck on a never ending loop until it says "there was a problem getting your online information. please try again." i uninstalled the game in December cause there wasn't a fix since launch and its too much of a ball ache to re launch after every match, re downloaded today and the issue is still there. 6 months without fixing the issue and 0 response about a refund back in December.
