After a clubs match, I click on the next match option and I get a screen like this. When I close and open the game, I can re-enter my teammates and start the game. But closing and opening the game after each match has become boring. Urgent help is needed. the error on the screen reads: there has been a problem with your online information. Please try again.

- Summary of the Issue: So basically i bought the game a week ago and pro clubs lobbys do bot work.I will come into the clubs lobby and maybe i will bsck out to go change something then i come back into the lobby and it says couldnt get your online info please try again. Hey support team, I am having this issue aswell, I log in to play a clubs match with friends and after the match ends I press "Look for next match" and then the error occurs where it says that there was a problem accessing my online information, I have to restart everytime between matches to be able to play, im hoping for a fix so I can enjoy the game without this frustrating aspect.
My gamertag is "Lecaldo", I play on PC and im not sure of the version im playing but it was installed on the 7th of September of 2024 and it is up to date
I reside in Portugal so my time zone is GMT.
