Code redeemed, but game is not in the library
I bought a EAFC 25 Ultimate code for 100€ and redeemed it, but the game doesnt show in my EA library. I tried to reinstall the App but it doesnt work.

I redeemed a fc 25 ultimate edition code, the app said that the code is valid but i dont see my game in library, please help me!

I have the same issue,
I can see FC25 on the EA help page, but It's not available in the library to download.
I have already cleared the cache, flushed DNS, uninstalled and reinstalled EA App, tried on a different PC.
Can anyone help?
