Codes and promotions( code already used)

Hello, I recently purchased a new sealed copy of EA Sports FC 25 for PS4. On the game box, it says it includes a voucher code for a free PS5 upgrade. However, when I tried to redeem the code, I got a message saying it has already been used.

I believe this is an error, as I bought the game new. Please help me with a replacement code or solution.

I can provide photos of the game case, voucher, and proof of purchase if needed.
