Companion app Login issue

I have been trying to log on to the webapp/companion app for the past week, I can log onto the ea app just fine and the game itself. i actively play Ultimate Team, but I keep getting this issue with the companion app on my laptop browser, my iPhone and my Samsung tablet. I've tried contacting support several times but they've been unable to help and suggested I post it here. My friends can log on to their web apps just fine. So I wonder why i can't log onto the webapp with the right credentials but can still log on to the game and the EA app. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Cheers
