Concern About Account Reset & Protection of Real-Money Purchases
Dear EA Sports FC Mobile Team,
I am writing as a loyal player and paying customer of FC Mobile. I have spent around RM30 (Malaysian Ringgit) in the game to purchase players and in-game content, and I enjoy building my team with time, effort, and real money.
However, I am very concerned about the possibility of a future full squad or account reset, which could result in losing everything I’ve paid for — without any compensation. This feels extremely unfair to paying users like myself.
I believe that:
1. Real-money purchases should be protected, and not wiped out by a seasonal reset.
2. If a reset is absolutely necessary, EA must provide proper compensation — or the ability to carry over paid items or players.
3. Players should be able to trust that their financial investment into the game is respected.
Please consider maintaining the current no-reset approach, or introduce a fair system to retain or reimburse players who have spent real money. This is essential to maintain trust and long-term engagement with the game.
