Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the minebt

What’s happening guys I paid more than 200£ for this game any from more than a month I have problems every day  crashes blocks stuck and much more so and now this massage “connecting to ultimate team...

don’t worry we will get compensation of rare pack of 12 players for 10 coins with one of the 83 gold rare probably lol

they don’t care about the players only the money the can make from us
