Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment.

I have been trying to log in to Ultimate team for the past 2 days and it’s not working. Keeps taking me back to main menu. My bro doesn’t get this issue. His been able to play. I have restarted, disconnected and reconnected the internet, and no change. Can someone help me out.
