Keep on disconnecting after winning

I have played my fut champs qualification games and have won 3 games but got disconnected straight after the final whistle. I’ve now struggled to get into a single game for an hour and now have just finished a rivals game where I won and then instantly got disconnected. This is a joke and we need compensation as I can’t get the qualification points for fut champs again before the deadline
