I’m having a weird issue with my ultimate team in FC 25 (PS5). I can access every other online game mode but I simply cannot enter Ultimate Team. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading the game. I’ve reset my modem. I tried clearing the cache. I can play seasons just fine. I think it might be the fact that I purchased the ultimate edition and not regular edition. I have no idea what to do. Please help.
Is anyone running into this issue on ps5 where you log in to ultimate team and it doesn’t work at all and if it does load in it just crashes or gets stuck on a loading screen I haven’t been able to play for the last 2 days and the live agents haven’t been any help they just keep sending me to some links and suggestions about restarting my ps5 nothing works I have tried everything. I also factory reset my ps5 and deleted the game multiple times I still run in to the same issue.
Hello, when i try to connect to EA in Fc25 on my PS5 it says “Ea servers are unavailable right now. Please try again later” for 2 days. I tried almost everything and nothing changed.
I'm having the same problem and also purchased the ultimate edition. Haven't been able to play for 2 days. Please let me know if you figure it out. I dont know where to take my code to get help from an EA employee.

Can you please start by creating a brand new squad with different players from those on the current squad? Use different tactics and formations. Then, set the new squad as your main one and delete the previous one. You can do that from the Ultimate Team companion app.
I have tried that as well and it doesn’t work do you know if they will try to fix this eventually sucks that we pay for this game and can’t even play it. If anything a refund would be great!
I have also tried this method and it hasn't worked for me either.

the network is the problem because i tried with phone hotspot and it works. But the home network works on everything else except fc25
