Connecting to ultimate team not possible at the moment
ive been getting this message for the past few hours now. already troubleshooted every way i could on my end

This issue has been ongoing for a long time now, and the fact that it still hasn’t been fixed is quite serious, isn’t it? It’s not just a few users — the majority of players haven’t been able to play the game properly for an entire day. Is there any compensation plan in place for this?
In a game like Ultimate Team, where there are daily objectives, not being able to access the game for such a long time definitely deserves proper compensation and an apology. This is extremely frustrating.Really not acceptable that you appear to be the only EA rep. responding to this issue 35 mins ago after this has been going on for around 6hrs +
EDIT : Just checked my emails (after being worried how many people here were saying they'd been banned) and have now also been banned it seems. Unbelievable. Can this company get any worse?!
i was just banned for "cheating" while trying to get onto the game because i thought it was my internet being the issue. whats going on with that? pls ttell me ill get unbanned ive never cheated once in my life in this game ive been playing since fifa 15
