Servers in north India
Dear EA Sports Team, I am writing to you on behalf of a large and passionate segment of the Indian EA FC community — particularly from North India — to urgently request the addition of dedicated EA FC servers in Delhi or surrounding regions. As loyal players of EA FC, we have deep appreciation for the efforts you’ve made in expanding the server network globally. The addition of a server in Mumbai was a step in the right direction. However, millions of players across North India (Delhi, UP, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, etc.) continue to face high latency, inconsistent gameplay, and a frustrating online experience, even with high-speed internet and proper setups. 30–60 ms ping, even on 600 Mbps fiber connections with LAN. Gameplay feels delayed, sluggish, and unresponsive, especially in competitive modes like FUT Champions and Division Rivals. Players often face opponents with far better server access (e.g. from Mumbai, Singapore, or UAE), giving them an unfair advantage. North India has over 400 million+ population, and a massive base of FIFA/FC players — many of whom are active in FUT and purchase FC Points regularly. Many of us are willing to promote EA FC more actively if our gameplay experience improves. We’re ready to support EA FC 26 and beyond with stronger community participation, spending, and content creation. Thank you for your time and commitment to your community. I have this problem where if i dont play on 30 fps my game starts hard lagging and i cant move my players.And ussually when im on 30 fps the game feels good,and after 3 games or so it starts getting unplayable because it feels like im playing on 5 fps. please tell me what should i do(btw i play on a gaming laptop)Can’t upgrade to Ultimate Team
Hi everyone. I’m trying to upgrade to Ultimate Team in FC25 but I keep getting a message that the store isn’t available at the moment and to try again later. This has been the same for the last few days. I tried to contact support but they sent me here - wondering if anyone else has experienced the same and what the solution is!FC26 Disconnecting from FUT servers almost every single match
Everytime I play a match in ultimate team or clubs I lose connection to the EA server. I can play for hours trading cards and in the menu but when I join a game it disconnects 9 out of 10 times. I have 1GB download speed via Ethernet into my Xbox series s. There are no other devices on the same internet network. I have approx 800mb download speed and 60 to 100 upload speed also want to point out I only have these issues with FC 26. I also play UFC 5 and don’t disconnect from EA servers and rarely experience network issues with any other gameI need assistance on how to actually resolve this as EA loves to just blame my internet service provider but I’m only disconnecting from EA servers, not Xbox live, speed test from Xbox attached I have disconnected from about 75% of my online games in the last 2-3 days.FC 25 Crashing After Latest Update - Unplayable!
Since the latest update, my FC 25 game keeps crashing every time I try to play. Before the update, everything was working fine, but now I can't even get though a match without the game closing by itself. I've tired restarting my system, verifying game files, and reinstalling the game, but nothing works. This issue is making the game completely unplayable and I've seen other players reporting the same problem. EA, please look into this and provide a fix ASAP!. If anyone else is experiencing this, please share your details so we can get this resolved quickly.EA FC 25 keeps crashing right after Launch
EA FC 25 crashes immediately after launch and does not reach the splash screen or main menu. The game closes to desktop without any error message. All standard troubleshooting steps have already been completed including Windows being fully updated, Windows Defender and antivirus checked and temporarily disabled, graphics drivers fully updated with a clean install, running the game as Administrator, Steam Overlay disabled, background applications closed, EA App installed, running and logged in properly, EA App reinstalled, Visual C++ Redistributables x64 and x86 reinstalled, and Steam game file integrity verified multiple times. A consistent issue occurs during Steam’s Verify Integrity of Game Files process where Steam always reports that 3 files failed to validate and will be reacquired. Steam successfully reacquires these files, but the same message appears every time verification is run and the game still crashes immediately after launch. This indicates a recurring file mismatch or corruption that is not being permanently resolved. Possible causes include an EA App and Steam integration failure, EA AntiCheat failing to initialize correctly, DRM or permission issues preventing proper file replacement, or a configuration or shader cache regeneration loop. Current behavior remains unchanged, with launching the game resulting in a brief loading attempt followed by an instant crash to desktop and no crash logs or error prompts shown. The issue persists even after reinstalling the game and verifying files. This does not appear to be a basic system, driver, or antivirus issue, and the repeated file validation failure combined with immediate crashing suggests a deeper EA FC 25, EA App, or AntiCheat related problem on the Steam version.
