FC26 Disconnecting from FUT servers almost every single match
Everytime I play a match in ultimate team or clubs I lose connection to the EA server. I can play for hours trading cards and in the menu but when I join a game it disconnects 9 out of 10 times. I have 1GB download speed via Ethernet into my Xbox series s. There are no other devices on the same internet network. I have approx 800mb download speed and 60 to 100 upload speed also want to point out I only have these issues with FC 26. I also play UFC 5 and don’t disconnect from EA servers and rarely experience network issues with any other gameI need assistance on how to actually resolve this as EA loves to just blame my internet service provider but I’m only disconnecting from EA servers, not Xbox live, speed test from Xbox attached I have disconnected from about 75% of my online games in the last 2-3 days.Ultimate Team Transfer Market Connections Bug
Lately, I placed a bid on B. Sliva and win it successfully, then I have to claim it in Transfer Targets. Unfortunately, it shows that "Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu." when I turn to the Targets menu. Meanwhile, all the functions other than it are available. Connection isn't the problem definitely. Anyone can solve my problems? Thx.
Add FC25 servers closer to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan
EA Support Team, I am writing to express my concern regarding the high ping issues faced by players of EA Sports FC 25 in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. With a combined population of approximately 60+ million people in Central Asia, a significant portion of your player base is experiencing gameplay disruptions due to server latency, often exceeding 100 ms. This high ping makes online modes hardly playable, as it creates unfair disadvantages and impacts the overall gaming experience. Currently, players in this region are likely routed to distant servers, possibly in the EU or India/China, which results in suboptimal connection quality. I kindly urge EA to consider deploying game servers closer to Central Asia, specifically in or near Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, to reduce ping and improve gameplay for millions of fans. Addressing this issue would demonstrate EA’s commitment to its global community and enhance the experience for a rapidly growing player base in this region. Здравствуйте, команда EA! У меня постоянная проблема с игрой EA Sports FC 25 Ultimate Team, которая длится уже больше 2 недель. Когда я открываю играть - моменты - галерея после гружусь 3 секунды и после выдаёт ошибку: Ошибка соединения с серверами FUT. Пожалуйста попробуйте позже. Так же похожие ошибки есть и в трансферном рынке когда я нахожусь от 2-5 минут просто вылетает и выдаёт ошибку. Так же я не могу зайти в список наблюдения, так же выдаёт оишбку. И так же незнаю что делать в Squad Battles у меня не разу не появились особая команда за больше чем 2 недели игры. Пробовал много способов, но не один не помог. EA Sports FC 25 Ultimate Team not working / needs account refresh
Hello EA Team, I’m having a persistent problem with my EA Sports FC 25 Ultimate Team that has been going on for over a month. Whenever I try to open Ultimate Team or the Transfer Market, I get a message saying that it’s not available right now. In-game, my players who receive red cards or injuries never recover — they stay stuck indefinitely. I’ve already tried every possible fix on my side, including: • Checking for updates manually • Logging out and back into my EA account • Clearing EA App cache and local files • Repairing and completely reinstalling the game • Testing my internet connection (stable 36 Mbps) Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue. Because of this, I believe there’s a server-side problem with my Ultimate Team data or account sync. Could you please investigate and, if necessary, refresh or resync my Ultimate Team data on your servers? I don’t want to lose my club — just need my account fixed so Ultimate Team, the Transfer Market, and player status updates start working again. EA TECHNICAL SUPPORT IF ANYONE ACTUALLY WORKS THERE - The game can take 10-15mins to load on PS5 or PC. My internet is not an issue because other online AAA titles load without issue Navigating the menus takes 5-10mins. NO it is not my internet because other AAA titles do not have this problem The actual online game play constantly disconnects 9-10 times regardless of how many times I've rebooted my console/PC or internet router! I've uninstalled the game and re-installed without any change. NO it is not my internet because again other AAA titles do not have this problem This product is unusable and considering the amount of hard earned cash people have pored into purchasing this product it is totally unacceptable!! This issue is not an FC26 issue because it existed in FC 25 and the previous iterations of Fifa titles. It is not an internet issue because other more graphic intensive titles with online play do no suffer from these problems.Insane amount of Menu delay/lag
The menus are so delayed that I have to restart multiple times to play a game. I’m on ps5 and my internet isn’t the issue because gameplay is perfectly fine and smooth. I get 8ms ping while playing the game but I can’t navigate the menus without it getting stuck on the loading bar all the time.
