The EA EULA tells me about EA's and my obligations. Now it's been almost a full business day and the product I paid a lot of money for still doesn't work. How long am I going to wait for an apology and information about WHEN WHAT I PAID FOR WILL WORK??? HALLOOOOOOOOOO???
