Can you also delete the Personal Settings 1 just after launching the game and set a new settings profile?

Can you test the game using a different network to see if that will allow you to connect? Make sure to add the game and the EA app to the exceptions list in your antivirus and firewall, as those could block something after installing the update. Link Close background applications to run the EA app
- Triqolas1 year agoNot applicable@EA_Pulsar Using a vpn seems to solve the issue seems to be an issue with ea servers and my isp after the update i guess any chance it will solve itself?

There are no confirmed issues with the servers, so your network may be restricted in some way. Check with your ISP to see if there are any firewall settings that they can change or that you can change in your router settings.
