I've tried everything in your troubleshooting guide and nothing. I assumed you would extend rivals as I couldn't get my games in but doesn't look like that's happening either... very upsetting.

Servers have been going down non-stop. Even went down AFTER a game ended and I did not get credit for a win. Multiple times yesterday I was in a winning position and then the servers dropped me. Do the right thing, EA.
