- Connection type (cable or Wifi)
- Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- Region/Country
- Timestamp of when you experienced these issues.
In the meantime, please check with your ISP for any confirmed issues with your local network or try the steps on our website.

I've tried everything in your troubleshooting guide and nothing. I assumed you would extend rivals as I couldn't get my games in but doesn't look like that's happening either... very upsetting.
