- Connection type (cable or Wifi)
- Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- Region/Country
- Timestamp of when you experienced these issues.
In the meantime, please check with your ISP for any confirmed issues with your local network or try the steps on our website.

EA_Pulsar I’ve been having the same issue since yesterday. Have been getting booted out of games and now won’t even connect to EA servers. My internet connection is perfect, so must be an issue on EA’s end.
