- Username
- Platform
- Connection type (cable or Wifi)
- Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- Region/Country
- Timestamp of when you experienced these issues.
In the meantime, please check with your ISP for any confirmed issues with your local network or try the steps on our website.

Couldn't play Rivals games so no Rewards this week. Cheers.
Today, remarkably, I got through once and played a Rush game on UT.
Came out of UT and couldn't get back in.

If it's still a problem, and they're not fixing it, not providing updates, one can only assume they don't care, and don't want you to play the game. Weird.

Honestly, getting embarrassing now. Should refund all the money I spent on the game at this point. Never buying FP again.
