Connection problem with servers - Keeps kicking me out mid game

I keep trying to play rivals and it kicks me out mid game nothing is wrong with my internet I want compensation because I’m trying to finish rivals matches and it literally won’t let me

  • Connection type (cable or Wifi)= Xfinity but use ethernet cable to my pc
  • Name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP)= Xfinity
  • Region/Country= Delaware, USA
  • Timestamp of when you experienced these issues.= Since yesterday at 7pm
