Connection trouble

I am been experianceing a problem with rival where i load into the game choose the kits and as its showing the teams the game freezes and then says that I have lost connection to my opponent, I have tried wireless and wired connection still have this problem, troubleshooted still have this problem, redownloaded the game still have the same problem. Is there any information about how to stop this, im on PS5 and this problem only happens on rivals and champs not on rush
