Connectivity Issues

Hi, 

Since past 2-3 days I am facing connectivity issues with UT. Every time I try to go into a rivals/Rush game the screen gets stuck with loading FC symbol at the bottom. It seems that every time the game tries to go the server for fetching data, it gets stuck. I do not have any problems in the menus, but can't get into a game. At times when I go into the game, after the game is over the screen freezes again with loading symbol at the bottom. I worked with EA representatives, but they couldn't provide any solution.
