CONSTANT CRASHING

Has ANYONE got a fix for FC25 (am on Xbox Series X, but this could be the same for all) and it's CONSTANT crashing on UT? 

I swear 99% of the losses I have are due to the game freezing, then crashing and returning me to dashboard. 

Sometimes it happens upon loading into a match; sometimes after scoring a goal; or even AFTER the final whistle has gone - usually when I've won, but then take an L because the game says I DNF'd. 

I have it most days. Sometimes it seems like EVERY game crashes. Then other times I can play a couple, and then it hits me. Usually once I've built up a decent winning streak (which then ends, again due to a faux DNF 🙃) 

Anyone? Have tried reaching out to EA on socials, but as usual... They've got my money now, so they don't need to help me right?
