FC25 crashing on menu

My FC25 is keeping crashing seconds after reaching the main menu , I've tried anti-cheat update, repair, uninstall then install but nothing worked.

Crash Dump Summary:

Exception Code: 0xc000001d (Illegal Instruction)

Faulting Module: FC25.exe (Offset 0xf522e0)

Failure Bucket: ILLEGAL_INSTRUCTION_c000001d_FC25.exe!Unknown

Stack trace points: ntdll!RtlUserThreadStart $\rightarrow$ ucrtbase!thread_start $\rightarrow$ FC25!GetDenuvoTimeTicketRequest $\rightarrow$ FC25!SoftMaxNormalize

Steps Already Attempted (None resolved the issue):

EA AntiCheat: Uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired, and manually installed digital certificates to Trusted Root Authorities.

Exploit Protection: Disabled Control Flow Guard (CFG), Hardware-Enforced Stack Protection (HSP), and Mandatory ASLR for FC25.exe and EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe.

Cache & Licenses: Cleared EA App cache, deleted EA Services\License files, and removed AppData local folders.

Permissions & Runtimes: Ran EA App and FC 25 as Administrator, disabled fullscreen optimizations, and repaired Visual C++ 2015–2022 Redistributables (x86/x64).

Game Files: Repaired/verified game installation files.

The game was working fine last year on the same PC.

Any help is highly appreciated.

Hey, thanks for trying those steps.

I know your connection works normally with other games, and I don’t think there’s necessarily a problem with the internet connection itself. However, there may be something in the connection path between your PC and FC 25 that is interfering with the game and causing the crash. That’s what we’re trying to narrow down.

    Please try the following:

    • Change your PC’s DNS. You can do this through the TCP/IP settings in Windows. Microsoft has instructions here: Microsoft Support. You can try Google’s public DNS:
      • Primary: 8.8.8.8
      • Secondary: 8.8.4.4
    • Reset the Windows network stack. Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run these commands one at a time:
      netsh winsock reset
      netsh int ip reset
      ipconfig /release
      ipconfig /renew
      ipconfig /flushdns
    • Then restart the PC.
    • If possible, try connecting the PC directly to the router with an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi. This will help us determine whether the issue is related specifically to the Wi-Fi connection or adapter.

Let us know what happens after trying these steps.
