Constant game freezes and crashes

I have been having issues with my EAFC25 game ever since launch. I am usually able to play the game for a normal amount of time in the menus, but after being in an actual match for 10+ minutes my game randomly freezes completely, and the audio stutters heavily too. It stays frozen for at least 30 seconds, sometimes upwards of 1 minute, and then either unfreezes and my game runs on <20 fps until I restart, or it just crashes completely. I need help on this urgently as I legitimately can't even play one game. This also happens when I'm trying to play only other games launched through the EA app, like Madden 25 or F1 24.
