EA rewards not granted. cs closing ticket

Hi, I can pretty much say I’m a veteran playing EAFC, previously FIFA, games. I, as some other players, have completed all EAFC24 objectives to receive additional packs for EAFC25.

I, for one, received all notifications that I was granted these packs but to my surprise none was to be found! Not even that Silly griddy celebration.

As a law abiding citizen I then created a case for CS team, to alert them, try and fix it myself but none of the help tools helped and looked online for another fix. Only saw a regular few having the same issues.

To my big SUPRISE, EAFC case management just closed the case with the note, nah, you’re wrong.. nothing going on.

Seriously? Is this EA help or just EA let’s pretend nothings wrong and put normal alerts down the drain? I do expect someone to just handle and fix it. Not just close it because it might be too hard
