I am constantly having problems around the menus, whether it freezes on the loading screen and I have to restart the game completely, or it crashes when trying to enter a game mode, or list a player, or change formation. So many times I have got the message 'connection to ultimate team was not possible" over and over again. It's become unplayable.
Exactly the same for me bud, absolutely sick of the game currently. I’m still missing my rewards from the fc pro live stream which they’re ignoring me about and I now can’t even play the game. The company is an absolute joke.
Glad I’m not the only one, they fix one minor problem and another 20 pop up and still don’t bother sorting the game out properly
This happens to me also, I noticed it more just on the transfer market menu/sbc and will crash’s when loading between screen however it’s doing it across more now … so constantly rebooting the game !
EA needs to sort it out and compensate
The last 2 or 3 days has been impossible to play 2 match in a row (or even one) the game crash every time there is some “loading screen” o even when u already finish one match
It's ridiculous it's been like that since the update and no help from EA. Can't always get on the store, play any ut or anything. It becoming more of a joke each day
Glad it isn't just me, constant now since the last update, random as well and booting out at the end of squad battles causing a lose - putting playing on hold until they fix this server crash issue that keeps popping up!

This issue still occurs in UT mode and not tied to any particular menu transitions. Issue similar to what was explained by other users. Menu freezes in “loading mode” with pulsing triangle or during any other message and then after a minute or two it disconnects from server. Troubleshooting with deletion of update files etc didn’t produce any results (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Long-loading-times-menus-and-freezing-UT-FC25/m-p/14347586).
I have the same issue when moving from screen to other the game crashed and I have to restart the console
