I am constantly having problems around the menus, whether it freezes on the loading screen and I have to restart the game completely, or it crashes when trying to enter a game mode, or list a player, or change formation. So many times I have got the message 'connection to ultimate team was not possible" over and over again. It's become unplayable.
Same here and it even kicked me out a game of rush a few mins in. Changing my squad or searching cards failed too. Not seeing many tweets or posts about it but clearly there is an issue. Just don't get why it isn't everyone
same problem here. I packed mbappe yesterday and havent been able to play a single game since. looks like wont be able to do weekend league now either
It's just going painfully slow when it does work taking ages to load absolutely anything.
internet is fine, i'm pretty techie so i'm not gonna have them saying 'tRoUblEShootIng sTeps' cause it isn't that. They're just incredibly poor at communication or giving decent insight into maintenance and connection statuses

This is happening constantly for me too, entering the store, searching in my club, literally any menu can hang for minutes and either eventually carries on (but may freeze again) or disconnects from UT
Why does it keep crashing on me my qeb speed and connection is grsat but yet i keep getting kicked of i have broke my 65inc tv over the stress of it keep kicking me off why is this happening cant go past 3games b4 its crashed its a joke paid 90£ for a game that does not allow me to get into it as it throws u off mid game or updating please can u help resolve this or is it jst ea setvers alltogether as none of mt other game do this only fc25 and recently over past 2weeks
Everything is taking ages to load and times me out. Sometimes it’s the game sometimes ultimate team or just doing an SBC or going into a game. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled and yet the problem persists. I am having no issues with any of my other games and this issue is only ultimate team.
Whenever I load up ultimate team, try and do an SBC, play a game, change my team… Everything crashes and then doesn’t load. I spend a lot of money with this game and I cannot play it. I’ve restarted the game I’ve redownloaded it.. Nothing works. Someone please help.
