Constant loading and crashes

Whenever I go into ultimate team I get stuck on loading pages for ages. Sometimes I have to restart the game. As of tonight I am also constantly crashing during rivals matches. 

I’ve tried all the suggestion from previous posts. Unplugging and restarting etc.

Please provide some assistance.
