Controller can't work on FC25 Pro Clubs

Hello, recently I bought FC25 through EA apps. I have a problem with the controller when tried to play pro clubs mode. My controller usually can't working (only the "select" button can work to change camera POV). The other buttons can't work at all. Any ideas how to solve this problem? It's so annoying and it so randomly occur whenever I play Pro Clubs mode. The other buttons still can work when I access the menu but can't work at all to control the player along the match.
