Controller problems

So i bought the game 2 days ago and i installed it on the EA App on PC. I play with a xbox controller which is connected to my laptop through USB. If i play offline everything works fine, but when I play online, everything works for a couple of minutes, but after that i lose control of the players and i can only press A or X to pass. I can't move them, I can't shoot, i can only pause the game. I ve tried everything, starting my controller before entering the game, Xinput, Disable Steam overlay, Deactivating background processes, I disabled input overlay from the EA App and absolutely nothing worked. I'm really frustrated and I can't refund the game so i basically spent that much money on this and I can't even play online, only squad battles? It's outrageous
