Playing on PC, still getting the occasional "new input connected." My laptop touchpad is disabled, Steam Input is disabled (even though I don't even play on steam) but still have issues in menus with being unable to select the right menu, players running the wrong way or feeling like they're being controlled not by me, for example if I take my hand off the controller, players will continue running. When will this ever be fixed? Using an XBOX controller.
Community ManagerHey @jambi999, Is your Xbox controller connected via USB cable, Wireless or Bluetooth? Have you already tried to remove it from the device manager and then connect again to see if this will reset and sync your settings? Are there any other devices connected to your laptop?
The issue occurs whether connected to USB cable or Wireless/BT. I've tried removing and reconnecting, it does nothing. I unplug my mouse. The only other device connected to my laptop is the second monitor in which I play the game on.
