Community ManagerThat is a Windows crash rather than a game crash.
I find these steps to be most effective:
- Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
- Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
It is also possible there is an issue with your SSD, so maybe look into that too (and backup any important files in case the drive fails).
